The story of this film revolves around Billu (Jitendra Kumar). His father has been a watchman in the forest department, but Billu wants to create his own identity. For this, Billu opens a paan shop called Chaman Bahaar. But no one comes to his shop located in a deserted area. One day, suddenly, a family of engineers comes to live in front of his workshop. From the stray kids at school to the principal, they have fallen in love with the girl Rinku. Thanks to this, the billu shop became famous throughout the city.
