Biography
Chetna Kaintura was born in Dehradun, Uttarakhand in a Hindu family. Her mother, Meera Kaintura, is a district disaster management officer in Haridwar. She has always been passionate about acting since she was little. After graduating from Delhi, she moved to Mumbai to try her luck in the field of acting. Her first acting role was for Bindass TV and she was seen in a supporting role in a television show Love by Chance. She later worked in several episodes of Savdhan India.
Chetna rose to fame playing the important role of Jeenat in Zee TV’s historical drama serial Jodha Akbar. She later appeared in Khushiyon ki Gullak, Laut Aao Trisha, Kaisi Hai Jawani season 2, Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki and Hathi Ghoda Palki Jai Kanhaiya Lal Ki.
