While some people in China are able to purchase a good property, others are unable to do so. Despite the fact that China has many skyscrapers in major cities, there are certain areas where houses are built in the centre of the roads.
These houses are known as ‘Nail Houses’ in the country. These dwellings are built in the centre of the road because the owners refuse to leave.
As a result, the government decides to build a road around them. On social media, a video of such a mansion is going viral, that has been tweeted about by many users.
In the 15-second video, a house is seen standing in the midst of a motorway, surrounded by two highways.
After seeing the unusual position of the house, social media users took to the comment area to give their thoughts. Here’s what people wrote.

In China, there have been numerous nail houses. The owners of these residences are claimed to be refusing to leave despite the government’s persistent efforts. As a result, they must live amid the noise and activity for as long as they choose to do so.
The inadequate compensation granted by the government is one of the main reasons people do not leave their homes. These folks disagree and get obstinate about not leaving the house. Highways are sometimes built around houses, producing massive traffic on the road.
