Daysia Reneau was born in Hampton, Virginia. She was raised by a single mother with her twin sister. Unfortunately, her mother died in a car accident when she was 12 years old. She and her sister went to live with her great-uncles, Georgette and James Diggs, in Kansas. They are both military veterans and are now her legal guardians.
His uncle owns and runs a jazz lounge, from where he began to improve his musical skills by practicing daily. He used to sing the national anthem at school and at sporting events and perform in school plays. In 2022, she participated as a contestant on the singing show The Voice 22, broadcast on NBC.
