Divjot Sabarwal was born on January 9, 1989 in Cuttack, Orissa in a Punjabi Sikh family. He grew up with his younger brother, Aman Sabarwal. Divjot completed his education from SCB Public Medical College, Cuttak and later graduated from Ravenshaw College, Bhuveshwar. She is also an alumnus of Utkal University.
In 2010, Divjot came to Mumbai to try his luck in the glamor industry. She got her first breakthrough with an episodic role in the television show, Kisne Pyaar Ho Gya. She later got the opportunity to work in Zee TV’s popular television show. Pavitra Rishta alongside Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande. The show earned him immense popularity in the television industry. She subsequently appeared on several shows, including Ghar Aii Hamari Pyaare Bahu, Dill Diyan Gallan, Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara.
