Wilkinson decided to gift herself a diamond engagement ring on her 40th birthday during the pandemic-induced lockdown. Since then, she hasn’t stopped considering marrying herself instead of waiting for “Mr. Right.”
“I think there comes a time when you ask yourself, ‘I may not have this with a partner by my side, but why should I miss it?'” It was about why not use it for something I want to achieve because “It’s there and it was booked for my wedding,” he told the BBC.
