On the same day, two separate plane crashes occurred a few kilometers apart.

The planes crashed to the ground, causing the couple to go through terrifying moments. Shortly after Pirilli’s plane crashed, Demasi’s plane also had technical difficulties.

Firefighters quickly rescued the two from each accident scene. Fortunately, neither the couple nor the pilots (Pablo Rotondo, Demasi’s 38-year-old pilot) died in the accidents.

According to the Daily Mail, Demasi had a pelvic injury and pilot Rotondo had a head injury.

The remains of the two-seater Tecnam P92 Echo Super did not injure Pirilli. Pirilli stated that Antonietta was having her first flying experience and regretted the result.

He went on to say that although their day had started well, it ended with them both colliding on different planes. He expressed his gratitude for not having died and stressed that his thoughts were with the injured pilots.

He declared that Sunday is the ideal day to enjoy fun in the air, with clear blue skies, sun and no clouds. Pirilli’s only concerns now were the recovery of the pilot and that of his girlfriend.

He gave this explanation after reflecting on what happened before the accidents: “We were lacking in weather and weather: the fog started to rise as the temperature dropped and suddenly it became night.”

According to Pirilli, Antonietta was contacted by him when they decided to try to land in Busano.

The pilot of his plane indicated that he would land at the airfield near San Gillio. It was foggy and dark as they made their way to the landing strip.

According to Pirilli, there were electrical cables nearby and, when they realized it, they had crashed into a meadow.

Despite the difficult situation, Pirilli remained concerned for the well-being of his fiancée and the pilot.

After successfully contacting emergency services, he attempted to locate Antonietta, but there was no response.

When the firefighters arrived, they commented how strange it was because it was their second plane accident.

“I’ve been in the hospital since I ran in. The only thing I can hope for is that Paolo and Antonietta get out of the hospital quickly,” he continued.
