How To Offer Bakrid Prayers | Eid al-Adha Namaz Ka Tarika

Eid ul-Adha Prayer: First Rakah
Once you have formed the congregation, follow this step-by-step guide to perform Eid ul-Adha salah at home.
– First of all, perform Ghusl, the ritual of taking a bath in an Islamic way.
– Then perform Wudhu, to perform salah.
– Recite Niyyat to perform salah.
– Then recite Takbiratul Ihram and ask for dua from the Almighty.
– Then start performing salah by giving seven takbir and reciting Surah Al Fatiha.
– Then recite another surah from the Holy Quran.
– Complete the first Rakhat and perform Rukhu by reciting Subhanna Rabbiya l-‘azim three times.
– Then stand up and recite. Sami’ Allahu liman hamidah Rabbana walaka-l-hamd.
– Make the first Sujud Subhānna Rabbiya l-a’lā.
– Rest on your knees and recite Rabbighfirlī wa-rhamnī wa-jburnī wa-rfa’nī wa-rzuqnī wa-hdinī wa’ afinī wa’fu ‘annī. Or just say Rabbighfirli.
– Then perform the second Sujood.
Eid ul-Adha Namaz: Second Rakah
– In the second rakhat, recite Surah Al Fatiha and another surah from the Holy Quran.
– Then perform Takbir five times.
– Post the sujood chant the following tasyahhud,
– In-tahiyyatul lillahi was-ṣalawātuth wa ṭayyibātu Assalāmu ‘alaika ayyuhan-nabiyyu wa rahmatullāhi wa barakātuhu. Assalāmu ‘alainā wa ‘alā ‘ibādillāhiṣ-ṣālihīn.
– Asyhadu an lā ilāha illallāh, wa asyhadu anna Muhammadar abduhu wa Rasuuluhu
– Allahumma ṣalli ‘ala Muhammadin, wa ‘alā āli Muhammad, kamā ṣallaita ‘ala Ibrahima wa ‘āli Ibrāhīma, innaka Hamīdun Majīd. Allahumma bārik ‘alā Muhammadin, wa ‘alā āli Muhammad, kamā bārakta ‘alā Ibrāhīma wa āli Ibrāhīma, innaka Hamīdun Majīd.
– Then recite Ràbbana Taqabbal Minna innaka antas Sameeaul Aleem.
Finally, end the Eid ul-Adha 2023 prayers by reciting Assalamu alaykum wa-Rahmatullah on your right side and on your left side too.
End the prayers with a Salaam.
