What is happening in Paris on the occasion of the inauguration of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya?
Not only Ayodhya celebrates ‘Ram Janambhoomi’ with great enthusiasm, but so does the entire India as the countdown to Lord Ram’s ‘Pran Pratishtha’ begins on January 22.
Everywhere, from exclusive shops like Khan Market in Delhi to housing complexes in Mumbai, Mithila, Sita’s birthplace in Bihar, and Ramanagara district in Karnataka, where Lord Ram once traveled while in exile, They are preparing for D-Day with much pomp.
Meanwhile, Paris, known as the City of Love, is located more than 7,000 kilometers from Ayodhya and will host a Rath Yatra 24 hours before the actual event in India.
When will the Ram Rath Yatra take place in Paris?
Under the theme ‘Ayodhya Mandir Mahotsav’, Indian expatriates in Paris have organized two celebrations on January 21 to honor the ‘glory of Lord Ram’.
Organizers informed the media that the event was scheduled for Sunday to maximize attendance.
Where will the Ram Rath Yatra begin?
The ‘Ram Rath Yatra’ will begin at Place De La Chapelle at noon and end at Place De Trocadero, where the famous Eiffel Tower is located, at 3 pm. At 10.30 am, the yatra will begin with prayers and the ‘Vishwa Kalyan Yagna’ at a Ganesha temple in La Chapelle, according to organizers who spoke to News18. There will be lavish puja and aarti, prasad distribution and a cultural show.
Next, the yatra will pass by the famous Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre Museum, Place De La Republique and Place De Trocadero.
Chief organizer and president of the Foreign Friends of the BJP in France, Avinash Mishra, told News18 that 150 to 200 people are expected to join the yatra. The number may even reach a thousand as more and more people gather for the puja and cultural event.
According to the report, more than 400 people have already registered so far.

Large figures of Lord Ram are planned to be installed around the Eiffel Tower. Also, there will be a cultural event where songs of Lord Ram will be sung.
