Auger-Aliassime won his first ITF junior singles title at the G3 in Querétaro in February 2015. He won his second consecutive ITF junior singles title and his first doubles title in the G4 in Zapopan a week later. He won his first junior G1 title in late August 2015 in College Park, defeating compatriot Denis Shapovalov. In September 2015, he reached the second round of the US Open, his first junior Grand Slam, and won the doubles title with fellow Canadian Denis Shapovalov. Auger-Aliassime, together with compatriots Denis Shapovalov and Benjamin Sigouin, won the Junior Davis Cup for the first time in Canada’s history in October 2015.

He subsequently went on to lose in straight sets to Dominic Thiem, the second seed and eventual champion. Auger-Aliassime then competed in the rescheduled French Open, where he was defeated in the first round by Yoshihito Nishioka. He reached the final of the Bett1Hulks Indoors tournament in Cologne, Germany, in October, but lost to Alexander Zverev, a local favorite.
