A Florida woman was arrested for allegedly conspiring to create and distribute sadistic “animal crush” videos, federal prosecutors announced Wednesday.
Nicole Devilbiss, 35, faces federal charges for her alleged role in supervising and coordinating a series of group chats on a texting app that distributed videos of crushed primates and collected payments from members to produce new videos.

“Devilbiss stated that his initial intentions were to help stop monkey torture, but he then went into a dark place where he found relief by watching videos of monkey torture,” the complaint alleges.
It is unclear when Devilbiss first joined the “Mister Ape” group, but prosecutors said she served as its administrator from June 2022 to at least May 2023.
The animal crushing group was called “Mister Ape” and supposedly focused on videos of primates being tortured by LordRunar.
