The victim told her mother that Brooks entered her room on multiple occasions and initiated sexual relations despite her protests, telling her to “shut up,” “not tell anyone,” and that the assault “was okay because made her feel good,” according to the report.

Florida authorities obtained DNA samples from Brooks’ son, who was born in January, and the brothers, and tests confirmed that the victim was the child’s father.
