If so, it could indicate that you have a high level of mental aptitude, and there is a specific, comparable optical illusion that could test your IQ even further, thanks to HowDoYouLandscape, a site dedicated to the design of natural environments on Earth.
The site definition of landscape is “an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors.” To test that perspective, an image was included in a blog post titled “The Face of the Landscape.”
At first glance, the image shows a woman in a garden, with a tree and houses in the distance. However, one side is visible in the seemingly basic representation. Don’t look too closely at the image yet, as it contains one of the best methods for optical illusion lovers to quickly determine if they have a high IQ.
Set a timer for three seconds and look to the side. Prepare yourself, set the timer, and quickly return your gaze to the illusion. Get ready to go! Were you able to locate the face before or after the timer went off?
