Inspired by luxury brand Balenciaga’s Lay bag, a woman created her crossbody bag. She posted a video of herself creating the bag using an empty Parle-G packet. As expected, this avant-garde creation caught a lot of attention with many praising the look of it.
“I enjoy quirky things!” is the message published next to the Instagram video that has been uploaded.
“Eat the cookie and create quirky fashion” is the text overlay that appears at the beginning of the video.
The woman is seen cutting the empty packet of Parle-G as the video continues. She then uses black thread to connect the cutouts between two sheets of clear plastic. To convert the bag into a shoulder bag, she even sews a red cloth on the edge of the bag and fastens it with a chain.
