He held the position of Director of Product Management and Vice President of Product Management at Zoho Corporation. Girish founded his own company called Freshdesk in October 2010. He changed the name of his company to Freshworks. Provides intelligent customer engagement software for all types of businesses. He decided to create SaaS products, which means software as a service.
