Godson Vardha was born on June 22, 1991 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, into a Tamil Christian family. His father’s name is Laxman and his mother’s name is Elangamani. Vardha completed her studies at Mumbai-based Babasaheb Ambedkar Vidyalaya and then pursued a diploma in fashion photography from the National Institute of Photography.
His path to music began as a lyricist when he failed in his love life. Initially, she Vardha wanted to express emotions which ended up writing words of pain. Her composition little by little helped him get out of her love failure and she began to follow him as a passion.
