A Hamas terrorist allegedly bragged to his parents about killing 10 Jews “with my own hands” while talking to them on the phone about one of his victims, the Israel Defense Force said Tuesday.
An unidentified Hamas terrorist can be heard telling his parents to quickly open his latest WhatsApp message so he can “see all those” he had killed. according to a telephone recording that the IDF published in X.
“Look how many I killed with my bare hands! Your son killed Jews!
He even boasted to his father that he was using a phone stolen from a Jewish woman he had killed in Mefalsim, a kibbutz not far from the Gaza border.
“I killed her and I killed her husband,” she said. “I killed 10 with my bare hands! Dad, 10 with my own hands!
He repeatedly told his father to open the messages to look at images of his quarry.
The two appear to rejoice over the phone, the terrorist’s voice thick with emotion as he enthusiastically repeats several times that he killed nearly a dozen people.

“O my son, God bless you!” said his father.
“I swear, 10 with my own hands,” the terrorist repeated when his mother returned to the line. “I killed 10 with my bare hands.

His mother replies that she hopes he is brought home safely.

His parents ask him to return home, but he refuses, telling them: “There is no turning back. It’s death or victory.”
The man then again insisted that his parents open his message to “see the dead.” It’s unclear if they saw the messages he shared or what the images contained.

According to the United Nations, more than 5,000 people have been killed in Gaza since the war began on October 7. Women and children account for more than 60% of deaths.
More than 15,000 people have been injured and 212 are being held hostage by Hamas.
