Recently, controversial businessman Hamilton Ndlovu and his company, Zaisan Kaihaatsu Ltd, have faced a crisis. Explore more to know all about the trending controversy. A Bryanston mansion linked to controversial businessman Hamilton Ndlovu has reportedly been accused of PPE corruption and has now been sold at auction for R7.1 million after the North Gauteng High Court dismissed an application to prevent the auction. Additionally, the companies are linked to Ndlovu, which secured PPE tenders worth R172 million from the National Health Laboratory Services. The Special Court reportedly went beyond the contracts and ordered that Ndlovu and other companies involved must repay R158 million with required interest.

According to sources, the Special Investigation Unit welcomed the ruling that prevented an application by Zaisan Khaihatsu Pvt. Limited. Ltd whose sole director is Nokuthula Mokoena, a woman linked to Ndlovu. However, the case was dismissed with costs incurred. Aside from this, the SIU and National Health Laboratory Services accepted a R7.1 million offer for the Bryansston house as part of the investigation. However, the results and consequences must outweigh the losses suffered by the NHLS and the general public. In January, SIU spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago said the luxury home was auctioned in July following a final order from the Special Court.

It added that companies linked to Ndlovu were awarded contracts abusing the emergency procedures the NHLS adopted to respond to the COVID-19 disaster during the first half of 2020. It was revealed that the SIU obtained and verified the bank statements of the companies. Ndlovu front companies. and other people linked to them.
