Disgraced Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes called 40 behind bars during a jovial prison visit with her husband and two young children.
The smiling scammer gathered her children, William, 2, and Invicta, 11 months, in her arms as she enjoyed family time outside FPC Bryan in Texas over the weekend, photos obtained for the first time show once by the Daily Mail.
The former Forbes cover star has been housed in a federal facility for the past nine months while serving his 11-year sentence for fraud and conspiracy.
Holmes wore his tan prison jumpsuit over a black and white shirt and black sneakers. He also wore his wedding ring and a cross necklace.
Her husband, hotel heir Billy Evans, kept his attire casual in jeans, a dark shirt and a black denim jacket.
The couple, who married in 2019, were seen laughing together and, at one point, Evans hugged his jailed wife from behind.

Holmes’ family visited her on Saturday, her official birthday, and on Sunday, the Mail reported.
Her parents also joined the family of four and were seen sitting around a red picnic table.
Holmes’ family was last seen visiting her at the federal facility in July.
Holmes, known as federal inmate 24965-111, was originally sentenced to 11 years and three months, but updated records show the conman’s sentence has been reduced by two years.
