Delusion MFG, a US company, has been accused of failing to honor its clients’ requests online and after informing them that they had been “ripped off” after several months.

Two Reddit users raised the issue on the social media platform, claiming that the corporation never delivered what was promised after payment and responded in an unprofessional manner.

A Reddit user shared a screenshot of an email from the owner of Delusion MFG. The email stated that the company was unable to ship your order or offer a refund.

“I just wanted to thank you for placing an order with us and let you know. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver your order or refund you,” the email said. In other words, this time we had no choice but to rip you off.”

The Reddit user claimed in his post that he received this email after following up on an item that had not yet shipped for several months. Jalan, another consumer, received an identical email.

He said it took the hat maker months to ship his order for custom hats. The company sent him blank hats instead of the embroidered ones he had requested.

The corporation urged him to return the damaged merchandise and then ignored him.

The company owner claimed in the email that Mr. Jalan had been misled. “The next email we received was without a doubt the most disrespectful and unprofessional thing I have ever seen in my life,” the Reddit member said.

Delusional MFG owner Robert Idell sent us an email stating, “This is Robert Idell, owner of Delusion MFG. Thank you for placing an order with us and letting you know that we are unable to deliver or refund your transaction. In other words , “We had no choice but to scam you this time.”
