X user Revs posted a photo of the missing seat cushion and the post soon went viral. The passenger said that there had already been a 1.5 hour delay in travel. Not only that, but he had to wait for the staff to bring a seat cushion.
“On an Indigo plane, there are no damn seats available. We are waiting for them to bring the damn seats so we can have a seat. This is for a plane that is ninety minutes late. Ya. Fuck, hell,” he wrote.

The airlines acknowledged this error and inconvenience to the passenger and apologized in X:
