When it comes to creating makeshift solutions to everyday problems, no one can beat the Indians and their wonderful ingenuity. However, a new video going viral on Twitter shows a Japanese gamer giving Desis a run for his money.

In the clip that goes viral, a man, who is likely some sort of police officer, is seen directing people to the right in what is presumably a park. Many tourists and locals with cameras around their necks roam the area while the man wears a jacket and hat during the hot hours of the day.

To escape the scorching heat of the pitch and still wear his uniform, the man comes up with a clever move.

Inside his jacket, he has two fans attached to each side of his back. The fans help circulate the air inside your jacket, which would otherwise be a whirlwind of waves of heat and uncontrollable sweat.

While showing instructions to the people on the scene, the man’s jacket explodes as air fills inside. He hilariously resembles the balloon man seen at gas stations as he waves his hands like the puppet seen on the streets.

Japan is seeing the rapid spread of work clothes that aim to protect against heat. Fans attached to clothing draw in outside air, evaporate sweat, and release heat through vaporization and cooling of the body.[read more: https://t.co/ghiuoqcqOs]pic.twitter.com/CgH31dV2fQ

India Has Its Own Jugaadu Shenanigans Too

Japan isn’t the only country where citizens are trying to beat the unruly weather. A man fed up with the water clogged streets of Delhi devised his own game to beat the water clogged streets.

Man uses a leaf blower to control water-clogged streets in Delhiinstagram

In the clip that went viral a few weeks ago, a man is seen holding a leaf blower. He uses the leaf blower not on a mess of leaves, but uses it to get rid of water in the streets and keep his feet from getting wet.

The recent monsoon rains in India have left all the locals stumped. As the water level rose, the streets of Delhi and NCR became canals, with water filling every inch of the roads. This made commuting impossible for most. So the man’s clever play of blowing up the water before setting foot on concrete might not be the strangest approach to walking the streets of Delhi.
