Jeniffer started her acting career in 2018 through the Bollywood film Baazaar, starring Saif Ali Khan, Rohan Mehra, Radhika Apte and Chitrangada Singh. She played a small recurring role in the film. Later, she was cast in the role of Neena in the popular web series Sin alongside actors like Debojeet Mukherjee, Sweta Mishra and Priyanka Tiwari. She was also seen as Monica in Zee5 series Expiry Date in the same year.
Jeniffer played an important role of Doctor Gabrielle in the Akshay Kumar-starrer action-adventure film Ram Setu, directed by Abhishek Sharma. In 2022, she played Avan Unwalla in the Hotstar movie Freddy.
