Career
Villarreal began working in Hollywood at the age of 10. He was first seen as a child artist in the television series Without a Trace in 2003. Later he appeared in recurring roles in many television series, including House MD, Strong Medicine, Ghost Whisperer, CSI: Miami, etc.
In 2017, Villarreal landed his first major role in the series High & Mighty directed by Carlos López Estrada. He played Hugo alongside Jorge Díaz, James Eckhouse and Adam Zastrow.
