An Oklahoma judge was arrested in Texas after a disturbing series of road rage attacks, including random drive-by shootings and hitting a woman’s car.
Garfield Judge Brian Lovell was arrested in Austin on September 11 on charges of reckless driving and deadly conduct while discharging a firearm.
Lovell allegedly shot at five cars at the intersection of Matamoros and Santa Maria streets in Austin during the merge, according to an arrest affidavit, KFOR reported.
