The first All-Stars version of the show will debut on Thursday, June 15 at 8 pm ET. Christian Siriano will mentor Project Runway season 20, and judges Nina Garcia, Brandon Maxwell, and Elaine Welteroth will return. 14 talented designers from the previous 19 seasons of Project Runway will compete on the show. Now let’s get to know more about the judges of the competition, Nina Garcia, Ninotchka “Nina” Garcia, a renowned fashion journalist and editor-in-chief of Elle, originally from Barranquilla, Colombia. She finished her studies at FIT and Boston University. At Mirabella, she began her career as Elle’s fashion director.

Regarding Brandon Maxwell, Maxwell launched a clothing line in 2018 that focuses primarily on ready-to-wear women’s clothing. For his company, Brandon Maxwell, who honors the clothing technique, serves as creative director. Brandon Maxwell, a native of Longview, Texas, is known for his work as a fashion designer, television host, filmmaker, and photographer. He earned a degree in photographic communication from St. Edward’s University. Growing up in Longview, Texas, Maxwell had a grandmother who worked in a clothing business, which sparked his interest in fashion. He used to sew clothes and give them to his friends back then while he learned from his grandmother.

At Sacramento State University, Elaine Welteroth, a native of Newark, California, completed her studies in media and mass communication. She has a wide range of experience and is well known for her work as a journalist, editor, author, and television presenter. She has been a judge on Project Runway and hosted The Talk on CBS. She began her career as a pet at the neighborhood Hometown Buffet. She then decided to sign up for SomaGirls. She television as a content creator. She then submitted an internship application to Ebony magazine and covered a photo shoot for Serena Williams, a former tennis player.
