Chauhan completed his primary education from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. Later, he attended a two-month acting course in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. He is completing his graduation from Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Career
Chauhan moved to Mumbai, Maharashtra, at the age of 17 to kick-start her acting career. She made her television debut with the Sony TV show Mere Sai-Shraddha Aur Saburi in 2017 as Sunandha. She later worked in Choti Sarrdaarni as Pakhi.
She also acted in the episodic horror show Laal Ishq as Naina in the 150th episode in 2019. She is currently working as Sudha in Priyal Mahajan and the Amar Upadhyay-starrer TV show Molkki.
