While applying for the Shakti smart card, women in Karnataka have to submit some documents under the scheme. Applicants who have all the documents listed below can avail the scheme. Here they are:
- A valid government-issued identification card as proof of your identity.
- A valid document for authentication of your address, which can be your Aadhar card, VoterID, ration card or electricity bill.
- A recent passport-sized color photograph is also required for the identification process.
