Kayla Von Der Heide was born in Hesperia, California. She was always introverted and she did not venture into music until she was 16 years old. Finally, her grandmother offered her guitar lessons. Kayla has been a photographer for the past 10 years, but recently she yearned to put music in the spotlight.
In 2020, Kayla won a songwriting contest, which gave her a lot of confidence in her abilities. Kayla travels alone in the desert and is inspired to create original music, photographs and videos for her music and sometimes candles. In 2022, she participated as a contestant on the singing show The Voice 22, broadcast on NBC.
