Kylie Liya Page was born on January 27, 1998 in China, and the same number of girls were unwanted and given to an orphanage and put up for adoption. Ivy and Jeff Goldstein adopted her as a baby from China. She grew up in upstate New York. She is the younger sister of the famous musician Brothers Page (Josh Page and Zach Page).
Page went to school at LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts. She started her career from a very young age and participated in various plays. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater from the University of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music (CCM).

Page first appeared on television with the series The Naked Brothers Band. She played the role of young Kiriko in the neo-noir martial arts film Ninja Assassin in 2009. She was also part of Step UP 3D directed by Jon Chu. Later, Page appeared in various TV series like Gossip Girl, Friends from College, Social Distance, etc.
In 2021, Page played the lead role of Sara in Peacock’s original The Girl in the Woods, followed by Hulu’s The Girl from Plainville. She played the featured role of Taylor in Darby and the Dead released on Hulu.
