Career
Initially, Lakshmi started her career with American films called The Ode (2008), Dead Air (2009) and Thanks for washing (2009). In 2011, she made her first film in Telugu. Anangaanaga O Cheerdu, his character Irendri was praised by film critics and received 3 awards; Nandi Award for Best Villain, CineMAA Award for Best Supporting Actress and Santosham Award for Best Villain for the film. Later, she appeared in different Telugu films such as Dongala Mutha, Uu Doosukeltha, Chandamama Kathalu, Lakshmi Bomb, Branchless, Mrs. Subbalakshi (web series).
Lakshmi has also worked in the Tamil industry and films include Kadal (2-13), Kaatrin Mozhiand Marathen Maanithen. She also appeared in the Hindi film: Department (2012) and a silent film called ‘A Day in the Life of Lakshmi Manchu’s Feet’.
