AI-Powered Job Seeker Coach Aims to Help Users Evaluate Job Opportunities
The main new feature is an AI-powered chatbot called Job Seeker Coach. Powered by OpenAI’s GPT-4 technology, the chatbot aims to help users determine if a job offer is a good fit for their skills and experience.
Users can ask questions like “Am I a good candidate for this job?” and get personalized responses by analyzing your LinkedIn profile and ratings. The chatbot points out potential gaps in the experience and provides tips to improve job applications. You can also suggest relevant employees to message about the position.
New Generative AI Tools for Premium Members
In addition to the Job Seeker Advisor, LinkedIn introduced new generative AI features for premium members. These include AI-powered suggestions for profile writing, automated messages to recruiters, and AI-generated job descriptions.
