Majiziya Bhanu is an Indian bodybuilder and weightlifter from Kerela. She rose to fame in the Mr. Lifter contest held in Kochi last year. From being a “shy” girl, Majiziya has the power to reach the best game. As a Muslim woman, she has maintained the ritual of wearing the hijab during her performance, thus breaking all the stereotypes of her. At first she found it difficult to practice wearing the hijab, but eventually it became part of her clothing. Early life
Majiziya was born on December 1, 1994 in Vadodara, a resident of Kalleri Moyilot house. She is born into an orthodox Muslim family. Her father’s name is Abdul Majeeb and her mother’s name is Rasiya Majeeb. She studied at Irringal Islamic Academic English School and Orkatteri Government Vocational Higher Secondary School and graduated from Mahe Institute of Dental Sciences, Kerela. She is doing her graduation in dental surgery.
Although becoming a bodybuilder was not that easy for her, breaking all the orthodox and stereotypical thoughts of people was not that easy. She worked on herself to improve her work as a player after winning the women’s Mr. Lifter contest.

Career
Bhanu’s career as a lifter was not that easy and her life as a lifter started in Kerala where she won Mr Lifter and Women’s Fitness Physic 2018. It was the beginning of her journey and there she never looked back. She has been a phenomenal player from the beginning. Her award-winning victory began in 2017 in Kerala and Jammu and Kashmir, where she won the gold medal in weightlifting without equipment.
In August 2017, he won a medal at the Kerala Weightlifting Championships. In 2018, she also participated in Women’s Model Physic (Miss Kerala and fitness 2018). She also won the National Armwrestling Championship held in Kerala and Uttar Pradesh.
He began his international achievement by winning a gold medal at the Asian Weightlifting Championships held in May 2017 in Indonesia. She again won a silver medal the same year at the Asian Classical Weightlifting Championships.
In 2018 he won two medals, one at the World Deadlift Championships and the World Cup Powerlifting Championships. She was recommended as ‘Best Powerlifter Award’ at the Powerlifting World Cup in Russia. In 2019 she also got Laurence for India by winning the gold medal. She placed sixth in the World Armwrestling Championships held in Turkey.
