Manisha made her professional debut on MTV Love School in 2015 with her partner and boyfriend Jugnoor. She made an impression on the show, although she failed to win the show.
Later, Manisha first appeared in the Sony television show Pehredaar Piya Ki in the year 2017 as Isha. She later worked in several television shows like Roshta Likhenge Hum Naya, Mangalam Dangalam, RadhaKrishn, etc.
