Mayuri Deshmukh was born on September 3, 1992 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She belongs to a middle class Hindu family. Her father’s name is Prabhakar Deshmukh. She has a brother, Anup Deshmukh, in the family. Due to her father’s government job, she studied in different parts of the country like Pune, Nanded, Mumbai, Visakhapatnam, etc.
He completed his studies at Rishi Vidyalaya Gurukulam in Visakhapatnam. After which Deshmukh completed her graduation in BDS (Bachelor of Dental Sciences) from Dr. DY Patil Dental College and Hospital, Pune.

Deshmukh started his career with the debut Marathi film Dr. Prakash Baba Amte- the Real Hero in 2014. He later worked in films like 31 Divas (2018) and Gray (2019). He rose to fame with the popular Marathi television show Khulta Kali Khulena, aired on Zee Marathi, where he played the lead character Manasi.

Personal life
Mayuri Deshmukh and Ashutosh Bhakre got married on January 21, 2016. They met at a family gathering. At first, Mayuri was not interested in the wedding, but after a few meetings she said she was interested in Ashutosh. After dating for 8 months, the duo finally tied the knot.
On July 29, 2020, Ashutosh Bhakre committed suicide by hanging himself. After some time, Madhuri said that she was fighting the demons of depression.
