Career
Meghna made her debut with the Malayalam serial Swamiye Saran Am Ayyappa. She also appeared in supporting roles in serials like Mohakkadal, Indira, Autograph and played the main female lead in the show Seetha Ram Chakravathy (Tamil TV series) as Deivam Thandha Veedu which aired on Vijay TV.
Meghnae began playing the lead role of Amrutha in the series Chandanamazha on Asianet and had a lead role in a Malayalam series Mamangam (2017) as Karthika. In 2021, she played the role of Jyothi in the show Mrs. Hitler alongside Shanavas Shanu. Meghna also acted in the Tamil film Kayal, directed by Prabhu Solomon and produced by Madhan of Escape Artists Motion Pictures. She played the lead role in the Malayalam film Parankimala, which is an official remake of the film of the same title.
