A Connecticut Methodist pastor has been accused of dealing methamphetamine out of his church’s parsonage, police said.
Herbert Miller, 63, a reverend at Woodbury United Methodist Church, was arrested Friday after police were tipped off about the cleric’s alleged side job reminiscent of the “Breaking Bad” plot.
The Walter White-like pastor was arrested at the scene of an alleged drug deal organized by a cooperating witness who had alerted police, local Waterbury media outlet Republican-American reported.
Miller was detained by state troopers in Woodbury and found to be in possession of crystal methamphetamine, both in rock and liquid form, in a hypodermic needle, ready to be injected, according to a news release from the Connecticut State Police.
Miller was allegedly selling methamphetamine in exchange for watching gay couples engage in sexual activity, the local news outlet reported, citing police.
The Post could not independently confirm that allegation and contacted state police for further comment.

There was no information on how long the 63-year-old cleric has allegedly been working as a methamphetamine dealer.
The pastor was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, among other charges.
Miller was released on $10,000 bail and ordered to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Feb. 23.

He was hired by Woodbury United Methodist Church in July. By Monday, his name had been removed from the church’s website.
Miller previously served as pastor of First United Methodist Church in Shelton.
