Michael Cohen confronts woman who tears down Israeli hostage posters in New York

Former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen on Friday confronted a woman on the Upper East Side who was tearing down missing Israeli hostage flyers, precipitating a tense confrontation.

“What’s wrong with you?” Cohen snapped at the well-dressed middle-aged woman, who was wearing sunglasses and a beige trench coat and holding a handbag, video obtained by The Post shows.

“This is illegal. Turn it on yourself, monster. “You should be in jail,” the woman responded.

He also appeared to confuse him with hedge fund billionaire and Mets owner Steve Cohen.

When Michael Cohen asked the woman’s name, she said it was “Steve Cohen and I should go back to jail because I’m a piece of s**t.”

When contacted by The Post, Michael Cohen said he wanted to get the woman’s name and hold her accountable.

“As I walked down Park Avenue at the corner of 61st Street, I was shocked to see this racist, anti-Semitic curmudgeon ripping the face off the missing child poster and laughing about it. There is no place for people like her in civilized society,” she stated.
