Elegant design with curved screen
The Motorola Edge (2023) features a sleek design with curved glass on the front and back. It has a 6.6-inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 1,200 nits. The curved edges give it a distinctive look. The phone has an IP68 rating for water resistance.
Powered by MediaTek chipset
Under the hood, the Edge (2023) is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7030 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It runs Android 13 out of the box. Motorola has not provided details on future Android version updates.
Impressive fast charging
One of the highlights of the phone is its 4400 mAh battery with support for incredibly fast 68W charging. Motorola claims that 10 minutes of charging can provide a full day’s worth of battery life. Competitive prices but tough competition
With its competitive price, the Motorola Edge (2023) looks like a value-focused offering. However, it faces stiff competition from the Google Pixel 8, Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, and even older iPhones available at discounted prices. We will soon review the phone to better evaluate its performance.
