Biography
Nabonita Dey was born in Kolkata, West Bengal to a Bengali Hindu family. She completed her studies at Surah Kanya Vidyalaya. Nabonita began her career by first appearing in the Bengali series Khirer Putul in 2020. She later acted in Sukamal Nath and Rajat Pal’s series Jibon Saathi and Swarnedu Samaddar’s drama series Amader Ei Poth Jodi Na Sesh Hoye.
After a brief career as an actress, Nabonita gained wide popularity for playing the role of Maya Chatterjee in the romantic drama series Mon Mone Na aired on Colors Bangla. Nabonita later made headlines for playing recurring supporting actress as Anupama Sil in Swarnendu Samaddar’s series Ranga Bou alongside Shruti Das and Gourab Roy Chowdhury. The serial story is based on a young girl, Pakhi, who is married to a kind-hearted man, but her life has other plans.
