Nikhil Damle started his career with the Marathi action drama film Kanha in 2016. He appeared in several Marathi films such as Vaastav, Bhikari (2017), Aamhi Doghi (2018) and Gulabjaam (2018).
Nikhil made his debut with the television drama series Hrudayat Vaje Something as Yashodhan Risbud from 2018 to 2019. It tells the story of 18-year-old Yashodhan Risbud, who recently won a renowned dance reality show and became instantly famous. Risbud lives with his middle-class family in a chawl in Virar. He starred in the television drama series Almost Sufal Sampoorna as Nachiket Deshpande in 2019.
