‘Not only did I win, I won Honduras’: catracha wins Song Festival in Uruguay

Dubis Oviedo is the catracha artist who raised the name of Honduras by winning first place at the Song Festival that took place in Punta del Este, Uruguay.

On October 28, the 32-year-old won the awards for Best Song and Best Video Clip for her original song ‘What happened to us?’.

Dubis defeated singers from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Panama and Uruguay, in the event that seeks to promote the unpublished creations of Latinos.

After her victory, the artist who also won the National Song Festival in Honduras, thanked the support received and the happiness that this brought to her life.
