A nursing home in Mexico decided to hold a costume contest for the Halloween celebration and give the grandparents a nice time.
Through TikTok, the ‘Elderly Center for a Dignified Old Age’ shared a video showing all the participants, all of them made up by the employees.
The first were Mario and Luigi, the famous video game plumbers, followed by the inseparable Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, characters from the cartoon ‘SpongeBob SquarePants’.
Two other grandparents impersonated Carl Fredricksen and Russell, the main characters of the Disney film, Up.
Frankie Stein, a little witch, a priest and a flower with her little bee, were also present and very happy to be part of the recreational activity.
Likewise, the Joker, Coraline’s other mother, the clown from Saw and even the creator of a famous fast food chain were present.
The fun and tender activity has conquered TikTok users, exceeding 8.8 million views and almost 2 million likes in just one day.
“Tell me that you have one of the best jobs in the world, without telling me that you have one of the best jobs in the world”; “That’s called committing to paper” and “tell me where I’m sending all my salary,” are some comments.
Although the asylum will award first, second and third place, people online are asking that everyone get a prize, as they claim that “everyone won, they look beautiful.”
