Ronald was a devoted supporter of Cooks Creek Presbyterian and was born on August 3, 1953. He spent his entire life in Rockingham County. While working as a trucker for Wampler Foods and Rockingham Co-op, he was an active member of the West Rockingham Ruritans and volunteered at the West Rockingham Food Pantry.

Ronald’s daughters and grandchildren were the loves of his life. His children, grandchildren and extended family will cherish the beautiful memories he leaves behind. Gloria Wilson, his wife, is the only one left. On February 21, 2023, Gerald Harper and the Rev. Dr. Seth Normington held a burial service at Cooks Creek Presbyterian Church.
