Pamela Singh Bhutoria was born and raised in Kolkata, West Bengal. She always had an interest in acting and dancing and joining the glamor industry as a model after graduating. She made her acting debut with the Bengali film Paglu along with Dev Adhikari and Koel Mallick. She later played an important role in many Bengali films.
In 2012, Bhutoria appeared in Kahaani, starring Vidya Balan, as office receptionist Sapna. She also played the character of Deepal in Saheb, Sanjay Dutt-starrer Jimmy Shergill and Chitrangada Singh, Biwi Aur Gangster 3 in 2018.
