Pervez Musharraf’s cause of death was amyloidosis, a rare disease caused by the growth of an abnormal amyloid protein in tissues and organs throughout the body. His illness had been announced by his All Pakistan Muslim League match in 2018.
The former president of Pakistan has reportedly died at the age of 79.
