Know? The gas commonly used in cooking gas cylinders is Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). LPG is a mixture of hydrocarbon gases, mainly propane and butane.

It is a convenient and efficient fuel source for cooking, heating, and other household uses because it can be stored as a liquid in pressurized containers and easily converted to a gas for use when released from the cylinder.

LPG is widely used throughout the world for residential, commercial and industrial applications due to its clean burning properties and high energy content.
