Birth and early life
Pugazh was born on November 14, 1990 in a middle-class family in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu. He completed his initial studies from St. Joseph’s High School and then went to Sri Padaleswarar Higher Secondary School, Cuddalore. He graduated from Manonmaniam Sundararar University.

Career
Pugazh always leaned towards acting and comedy, but never pursued it as a career. He used to work in a water washing shed near Prasad Studios and suffered for his daily wages to survive. His life changed completely when he got the opportunity to make his television debut with the comedy show Sirippuda in 2016. The show aired on Star Vijay TV and made him a star overnight.
Subsequently, Pugazh appeared in many Tamil films such as Sixer, Sabhaapathy and Cock Tail. She will appear in the Ajith Kumar-starrer film Valimai in 2022.
