Ravisrinivasan Sai Kishore was born on November 6, 1996 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He made his first-class cricket debut on 14 October 2017 for the Tamil Nadu team in the Ranji Trophy. He was selected on 12 March 2017 in Tamil Nadu List A for the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Ravisrinivasan was the highest wicket-taker in the 2018-19 Ranji Trophy and 2019 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
Ravisrinivasan started his Twenty20 career with the Zonal T20 League on January 8, 2018 from the Tamil Nadu team. He was bought by the Chennai Super Kings for the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) in the IPL 2020 auction.
