British comedian Russell Brand was questioned Thursday by London police officers about alleged sexual abuse that occurred more than a decade ago.

The Sunday Times of London, The Times and Channel 4 Dispatches reported that a woman claimed the star raped her against the wall of his Los Angeles home in 2012 and provided receipts from a rape crisis center the next day.

The teenage accuser, whom Brand had called “the boy,” had reportedly been attacked during their “emotionally abusive and controlling” affair, the article said. She was over the age of consent in the UK at the time.
Another woman said she was attacked in California after meeting Brand at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting.
